Fused Glass Handkerchief Vases

Fused glass handkerchief vases are functional art, they look wonderful and, you can put flowers in them.

Each vase is to a height of 14" or 18" and every vase will be completely different.  The flat, decorated, fused piece of glass is placed onto a conical mould.  The glass then falls and drapes itself around the mould.  Whilst it is possible to control the rate of the fall of the glass, it is impossible to control the way the glass drapes over the mould as it falls.
