Yin & Yang Feminine

One of two 'Wave' triptychs 1mtr x 2.4 metrs, commissioned for a private dining room.  Yin & Yang the feminine and the masculine

Yin & Yang Masculine

I love colour, and have also been fascinated by art and design, its history and its development, especially within glass.  As well as creating work in glass I also collect it;  Lalique, Sabino, early Davidson, Sowerby and even carnival glass - to name but a few.

I love the glass stones the early Egyptions used within their jewellery, which they prized more highly than precious stones.  The way glass is used to decorate the temples in Thailand and India.  The colours are amazing, so vivid and vibrant.

La Tropical

One of two large window panels created for La Tropical beach restaurant in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol in Spain.  The palm trees were copied from the business card of the restaurant.

Daisy wall panel

A 1.4mtr high wall panel.  The panel was commissioned for a space in the wall of an old beamed cottage.  My clients wanted light for a dark loo under the stairs and a statement piece of art in a dark hallway.  My client liked daisies and circles.  I created circles, upon circles, onto daisy flowers.  The pattern was fired onto both sides of the glass so each side had texture and depth.

Large flowered wall panel

My client wanted large flowers, similar to a picture she had seen, with purple flowers, in a magazine.  The colour of the flowers had to match a very large leather reclining arm chair belonging to her husband.  She also wanted lots of sparkle.

Celtic Star door panel

One of two door external door panels created for a client in Montgomeryshire.
